This Refund & Returns Policy explains when we accept returns, exchanges and refunds.

Eligibility for Refunds
We offer a 30-day change-of-mind return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to contact us and request a return.
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.

All original tags, accessories and components must be included.

We reserve the right to refuse a change-of-mind return where the product does not meet these requirements.
Certain products, such as customized orders or limited edition glassware, may be subject to specific return conditions. Please ensure you have your proof of purchase ready when initiating a request.
Refund Process

Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive an authorization code.

Package & Send
Securely package the items in their original condition and send them back to our Sydney warehouse facility.

Verification
Once inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days.
